Description of Fitness Classes Cycle
Individualized indoor cycling workout within a group setting. Instructor will teach you proper cycling form and technique while replicating flat roads and hill climbs of outdoor terrain. No abdominal workout. All levels welcome.
Circuit Spin
A combination of cycling segments and strength training exercises providing a challenging cardiovascular and muscle conditioning workout. Abdominal exercises and stretching conclude the class. All levels welcome.
Shift ‘n Lift
You get benefits of both endurance and strength training in a cycle class. One of the most efficient and effective workouts ever. Suitable for all levels.
Cardio Kick
A high energy class focusing on boxing and kickboxing techniques. Abdominal exercises and stretching conclude the class. All levels welcome.
Pilates X Press
Core strength is a vital component of a well-rounded program. These basic mat Pilates and core strength moves will help you build the foundation you need and challenge you to your desired level. All levels welcome. (30 Min)
Pilates Mat Class
A combination of of flexibility and strength training for the entire body . The class focus is muscle control and function as you move your body through a series of non impact exercises.
Circuit Step
A combination of cardiovascular and strength training exercises during a step class that will test your aerobic endurance and muscular strength. Suitable for all levels.
Lift
Periodized group training utilizing barbells & dumbbells. Class rotates monthly between strength, power and endurance formats, providing the changes you need to avoid plateaus and maximize results. If you want to define and tone, this is the class. Define yourself! Suitable for EVERYONE!
Interval Xtreme
Take power sculpt to the next level! You will love this workout. Multiple strength & toning techniques using barbells, hand weights and jammin' music. One of the best workouts ever. All levels welcome.
Step ‘n Pump
Hand held weights are used in this class in conjunction with slow step movements focusing on strength training and muscle conditioning.. Abdominal exercises conclude the class. All levels welcome!
Bosu/Bosu Core
Class that focuses on core workout, using a Bosu(dome).Energetic and fun! Suitable for all levels.
ZUMBA
The hottest class! Dance your way to a fitter you, exiting and new latin moves and rhythms, easy to follow! Suitable for all levels.
